Powering Scientific Discovery through High-Performance Computing and Open Source

Hello! I’m Damien Lebrun-Grandié, a Computational Scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. For over a decade, I’ve been driven by the exciting possibilities of scientific computing and the collaborative spirit of the open-source world. Leading the Kokkos project and contributing to the C++ standard or the High Performance Software Foundation are just a few of the ways I strive to empower researchers worldwide.

If you’re a student or researcher with a strong interest in parallel programming and C++, let’s talk! I often have opportunities for postdocs and summer interns to work with me and my team on Kokkos. It’s a great chance to dive into the world of performance portability and help shape a key part of the HPC landscape. Feel free to reach out and tell me about your background and interests.
